Ways to register (please note the timings):

Phone Registration:

  • Call 68379201, 68379202 and 68379203
  • Mondays to Fridays (10am to 4pm)

Online Self-registration:

  • Click on "Register for Saturday/Sunday Services"
  • Mondays (10am) to Fridays (midnight)

Please Note

  • Registration of individual names for Attendees are required
  • This includes household members, children and helpers.
  • You may register up to a max of 5 persons for each service.

NOTE: For all online registrations: Upon successful application, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your e-Ticket (QR Code) to be used for your entry.

 

A. Introduction

This guide serves to describe the basic steps to managing a registration using Eventbrite.

Eventbrite is an international self-service ticketing platform for events. WMC is leveraging this platform for members and visitors to register for onsite worship and communion services. As WMC events are free to attend, there is no charge in using the Eventbrite platform. The Eventbrite features that are helpful in managing WMC services include capacity restriction, attendee self-registration, QR code check-in, private event link, embed on webpage.

There will be tickets for 2 seating Zones:

  • [Zone 1] Floor section (with Cry Room)
  • [Zone 2] Terrace section (with Cry Room)

We advise Worshippers to register for the same Zone each time.

Please note that worshippers will not be allowed to change Zones, or cross into other Zones, or interact with worshippers in other Zones, in line with the regulations by the authorities, so please register accordingly.

Online Registration (Available only from Mon-Fri)

We welcome you back to our services on Sundays, which will be held in the Wesley Sanctuary.

There will be tickets for 3 seating Zones:

  • [Zone A] Main Sanctuary (middle section)
  • [Zone B] Baptismal Hall (Front, including hearing loop + wheelchair seating)
  • [Zone C] Baptismal Hall (Back, including heritage area)

We advise Worshippers to register for the same Zone each time.

Please note: Worshippers will not be permitted to change Zones, cross into other Zones, or interact with worshippers in other Zones, in line with the regulations by the authorities, so please register accordingly.

Youth Ministry Service

  • Saturdays 2pm
  • Venue: Wesley Hall

Registration required. Youths can register for the YM service through their Youth Small Group Leaders. Alternatively, youths can register by sending an email to ym@wesleymc.org.

Wesley Filipino Fellowship (WFF) Service

  • Every Sunday 2pm
  • Venue: YWCA Fort Canning Lodge, Level 2 Ballroom

Registration is onsite. Please register your name and mobile number at the WFF registration counter located at the lobby of YWCA Ballroom.

For all registered worshippers

When you come to church, please bring along:

  • Photo ID (if you registered by Phone)
  • E-ticket (QR Code) (if you registered Online)

Note: The e-ticket is attached to the confirmation email. Please print out a copy or have it viewable on your phone.

Attending On-Site Worship Services

  1. At all on-site services, Covid-19 Safe Management Measures in line with government advisories will be observed.

  2. Attendance is by registration only and walk-ins are not allowed.

  3. Please arrive 15mins before the service to complete the SafeEntry recording, registration confirmation and temperature screening steps.

  4. You will be issued a paper slip indicating which Zone you are in. Please retain this paper while you are in church to show staff on duty.

  5. While on site, worshippers are to comply with all Safe Management Measures in place:

    • Please co-operate and follow the instructions of the duty personnel.
    • Face masks are to be worn at all times.
    • Follow the one-way flow of entry/exit.
    • Observe safe distancing requirements of keeping 1 meter distance between groups/individuals.
    • Avoid physical greetings and sharing of items.
    • Singing and mingling are not permitted. 
    • Do exit and leave the premises immediately after the service.
