Application for Membership Validation Letter

Members who wish to enrol their children in Methodist Schools under Phase 2B may apply for a membership validation letter

endorsed by the Pastor-in-charge.

Application forms are available at the Info Counter on Sundays.

Please attach a photocopy of your child's birth certificate and either parent's membership certificate with your application and return them to the Info Counter.

The validation letter will be ready for your collection at the Info Counter two weeks after submission.
