Position	Advocate Team
Description of duties	Journey alongside mission workers and theological students, caring and advocating for their needs in their ministry and personal life Be part of the discernment of their voiced and unspoken direction and needs Be a “bridge” between the workers and students and the Missions/CARE committees
Requirements	A heart to journey with our mission workers and theological students Keen to build friendships with mission workers, students, church staff and committee members Understands the importance of discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality in this area of ministry Recognises the importance of stewardship and accountability to the church
Commitment	Able to meet with workers and students with Advocate Team once a quarter Able to attend committee meetings as required to discuss specific requests or matters

Position	Social Media Team
Description of duties	Be a part of a team within the Missions Communications sub-committee that looks at engagement through social media platforms to educate and mobilize Wesleyans to missions Propose social media campaigns and generate content for social media posts Work with designers or to take the initiative to design posts for social media platforms Evaluate the effectiveness of social media engagement
Requirements	Keen to engage Wesleyans on missions through social media platforms Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram and Telegram Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Design and Canva will be an advantage
Commitment	Able to meet once every 2 months for communications planning

Position	Designer
Description of duties	Design material that will be posted to various Wesley platforms to publicize events by Wesley Missions and to promote missions education to Wesleyans
Requirements	Keen to design missions-related material posted on various Wesley Comms platforms Familiar with design tools such as Adobe Design and Canva A willing and teachable heart to serve God
Commitment	Able to meet once every 2 months to discuss communications ideas and initiatives

Position	English Teacher
Description of duties	Join a team to conduct English teaching (English Corner) for children and youth in South East Asia via Zoom Build up the confidence of children and youth in English Language communication and share God’s love with them.
Requirements	Keen to facilitate online English lessons for children and youth in small groups Have a heart to share God’s love and godly values through nurturing friendships Able to use basic Zoom functions such as screen sharing Prior experience in teaching children and youth will be an advantage
Commitment	Able to commit for a minimum period of 8 weeks
