Counselling

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect.
Navigating change—whether in lifestyle, relationships, career, or health—can feel overwhelming. Feelings of anxiety, depression, or loneliness often surface during these transitions. They may stem from uncertainty about your purpose, difficulty finding work, strained relationships, academic or professional pressures, or the realities of aging and retirement.

When these experiences begin to feel too heavy—interfering with your ability to manage daily tasks or find peace—speaking with a WCS counsellor may offer the support and clarity you need. You don’t have to face it alone.

At WCS, counselling offers a confidential and non-judgemental space where you are free to process your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Our counsellors are trained to listen with empathy, offer perspective, and help you explore practical steps toward healing and growth.

Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional relief, or simply someone to walk alongside you, we’re here to support you with compassion and care.

About Us

Wesley Counselling Services (WCS) was established in 1991 as the Counselling Ministry of Wesley Methodist Church, in response to a rising need for accessible counselling support within the church and broader community.

What began with one full-time counsellor and a small group of dedicated volunteers has grown into a dynamic ministry offering Christian-based counselling to individuals, couples, and families.

Today, our team includes four full-time counsellors, one ministry coordinator, and over 30 trained lay counsellors from churches across Singapore. United by a shared commitment to care, we support clients from all walks of life and faith backgrounds in their journey toward healing, clarity, and renewed balance.
