HR & Admin Executive

Job Description

We are looking for passionate people to join us in taking care of our community, through providing best in class staff experience on people matters. They will report to the HR & Admin Manager and are expected to work closely with different stakeholders.

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF and annual income tax declaration
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Handle on-boarding and administration for staff movements
  • Handle off-boarding process for leavers and administration for staff movements
  • Maintain employee data in HR system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Administration of eLeave system
  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, promotion letters, etc.
  • Manage timely submission of government and manpower related surveys and
    reports
  • Medical insurance and benefits administration
  • Attend committee meetings and meeting minutes taking
  • Assist in managing employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Provide support in Training & Development initiatives
  • Any other related or ad hoc duties

Competencies required include:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to interact with employees of all levels and drive employee engagement
  • Effective organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands on experience in the HR administration in a fast- pace environment
  • Have a can-do attitude and a positive mind-set
  • Meticulous and pays attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player

Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with at least 5 years relevant HR work experience
  • Prior payroll experience is a must
  • Experience working in a non-profit organization is added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Words and PPT
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws, HR functions and best practices.
