Job Description

This person is responsible for providing administrative and logistics support to Alpha, Outreach Conference (September 2025), Marketplace Ministry related programmes/activities such as seminars/talks, Apologetics talks (monthly), Evangelism equipping courses, Sports & Wellness activities and Creative Expression Ministry’s musical practices/workshops (weekly Tue & Thu).

This person is expected to provide support at Welcome Corner (to receive first-time guests with volunteers) and Fellowship at Courtyard for congregation at post-9.30am and pre-11.30am Services on 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, while the current Program Coordinator provides support on 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays of the month (alternate with the current Program Coordinator).


Responsibilities:

  1. Co-works with the current W&E Programme Coordinator for Outreach Conference (September 2025) inclusive of administrative, publicity, registrations and logistics support for these events/programmes.

  2. Provides administrative and logistics support for Marketplace Ministry related programs/activities such as seminars/talks.

  3. Co-works with the current W&E Programme Coordinator to provide administrative and logistics support for Alpha Weekend Away and Alpha Day Away.

  4. Provides administrative and logistics support for Apologetics talks monthly.

  5. Co-works with the current W&E Programme Coordinator to provide administrative and logistics support for Sports & Wellness activities – Football, Futsal, Cycling, Pickleball, Water Sports, Trampoline, Pilates and Touch Rugby.

  6. Provides support at Welcome Corner and Fellowship at Courtyard on 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, while the current Program Coordinator provides support on 2nd, 3rd and 5th Sundays of the month (alternate with the current Program Coordinator).

  7. Prepares payment vouchers for approval of claims.

  8. Attends W&E main committee meetings (quarterly) and Sub-ministry committee meetings (monthly) and writing minutes if required.


Requirements:

  • Event/Programme planning skill

  • Physically fit to run programmes onsite such as providing administrative and logistics support.

  • ‘O’ Level & above

  • Available to work on weekend

  • At least 1 year of experience in volunteering/working in church or Christian organization
